Relax with Blithe and Bonny
It's Friday and this weekend we're looking forward to some much needed R & R! We've been keeping busy the past few days displaying lots of exciting new products and now we're ready to ease into a calm weekend. We're trying hard not to make too many plans, but one thing we do have planned this weekend is a nice warm bath! After a long week, there's nothing a relaxing bath can't cure and this weekend is the perfect opportunity to try out our latest collection of bath and beauty products. Blithe and Bonny is a family-run, environmentally responsible manufacturer of Bath, Body and Lifestyle gifts that is based in a small coastal town on the Central California Coast. Taken from the Shakespearean play Much Ado About Nothing, the name Blithe and Bonny means Happy and Pretty, which is exactly how these products make us feel! Hand crafted in the USA, each product is made with simple and responsible ingredients. Blithe and Bonny’s goal is to create environmentally conscious, high quality goods with a classic, universally appealing aesthetic. And just in time to surprise Mom on Mother's Day!

Raising the Bar
Is it Five O' Clock yet?
The cocktail hour has long been a cherished tradition of the South, a relaxing way to wind down and enjoy the conversation of friends and family, maybe a tasty little appetizer to nibble on, too. But why stop at the cocktail hour, when you can make it an all-out party?
Our newest collection of Bar accessories will have you shaking up a batch of Blueberry Martinis for an elegant cocktail in no time.
Just because you're drink is fancy doesn't mean your bar-ware can't be fancy too!
Celebrate after a long day and toast to the warmth of spring with this favorite Blueberry Martini recipe!
Blueberry Martini
Handful of Fresh, Washed Blueberries (about 20 small)
1.5 Ounces Vodka
.5 Ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/3 Ounce Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, or more to taste
Garnish: Several Berries Skewered On A Cocktail Pick
Muddle the blueberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, curacao, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to help the blueberries release more color and flavor. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled martini glass. Add the garnish.

Pretty Plates by John Derian
We have a serious crush on John Derian.
Our shelves have snuggled up with his beautiful pieces for sometime and we couldn't be more head over heels with his newest line of product love.
John Derian Company Inc. was established in 1989. John's decoupage plates, platters, paperweights, coasters and bowls are handmade in his studio in New York City, where he employs a small staff of artisans to assist with production.
His designs are sold at upscale home stores, in catalogs, and gift shops worldwide. The full range of John Derian pieces, including his ephemera and furniture line, is available at his own retail shops in the East Village where he also carries vintage and antique imports, bed and table linens, stationery, plate-ware (our personal favorite!), vintage and new lighting, and an ever-changing assortment of one-of-a-kind curios.
The shop, John’s work and homes have been featured in Vogue, Vogue Living, The New York Times Home Magazine, The World of Interiors, Elle Décor, Vanity Fair, Domino, Lucky, House and Garden, Country Living, and House Beautiful, to name a few.
If you are a past, present, or future fan of John Derian, swing by The Paris Market to see his pieces beautifully displayed within our walls. For more on his imaginative world of work, visit here.
