Behind the Glass: Bespoke Furniture

Bespoke /bəˈspōk/ - adjective; (of goods) made to order.

Our newest windows are very special to us, because they feature pieces from the brand new Paris Market furniture line, Bespoke Furniture. Bespoke was born out of a desire to construct made-to-order furniture pieces based on the need of an individual space. So if you love something about the pieces but maybe they don't quite work for your space, we can design a piece that will! Designed & constructed right here in Savannah, Bespoke is inspired by everything we love about the south. Keeping with that theme, we filled the windows in with all sorts of natural elements, from budding flowers & spanish moss to a friendly creature peeking in for a look. We also wanted to take this opportunity to give a little love to one of favorite local Savannah artists, Katherine Sandoz, so you can see her beautiful works on paper throughout. You definitely want to be sure to come by & check out these windows in person soon!  

Behind the Glass: Valentine's Day

The store is now completely decked out for Valentine's Day & our delicious pâtisserie theme carries right over to our amazing window displays. And we've just gotta say, that between the myriad of floral patterns & the pastries that look yummy enough to eat, we're particularly fond of these somewhat eccentric windows. We only wish that we could actually pull up a chair & dig in to those delicious looking cakes or curl up for a nap in the bed that's completely decked out in florals. But I suppose for now we'll just have to use our imagination! Be sure to stop by the store soon to see these delightful windows & maybe even bring your sweetie along with you! ;)

Behind the Glass: Elf Christmas Cottage

Although our winter windows have been up for a while now, the cooler temperatures this week have finally got us in the mood to show them off! If you haven't been able to guess it already, our store theme for the holiday season this year is woodland elf Christmas & we're absolutely loving it! From snow-covered moss to colorful mushrooms in every nook & cranny, this playful theme has definitely got us in the holiday spirit. And all of that culminates in our window displays which offer a glimpse into an elven Christmas cottage. Now I may be a little biased, but these are some of our best holiday windows yet! Behind the Glass: Clue

Here at The Paris Market we absolutely love Halloween! And as much as we love planning out our costumes for ourselves, we love dressing up our windows here at the store even more. This year we were especially excited to debut our windows & if you haven't guessed the theme yet, they're based on the classic, murder mystery board-game, Clue! Take a guess to see if you can figure out who done it!, where they did it, and which weapon they used in each vignette. Behind the Glass: Ashley Woodson Bailey

We're only one day away from our Ashley Woodson Bailey photography exhibition, which means our windows are all dressed up for the special occasion. Featuring Ashley's breathtaking floral images arranged in ornate, vintage frames, these windows displays are sure to give you reason to pause when you pass our store on Broughton Street. Behind the Glass: Savannah's Fashion Night

Tonight's the night! Savannah's Fashion Night is finally upon us & we've spent countless hours over the last two weeks getting our store in tip-top shape for this very moment. Our theme for the evening is French 60s Pop & we've had a blast getting the store all decked out with bright, pops of color. And if you've passed by our storefront on Broughton Street over the past couple of days, you've seen exactly what I'm talking about with our new window displays. We're hoping they set the tone for this evening to be as exciting & vibrant as they are. So don't miss out!
