Check out these sublime landscapes that will soon be hanging on our walls.

Clockwise from upper left: Changing Tides,  36" x 36", $1600; Verdant Morning, 36" x 48", $1850; Salt Creek, 16" x 16", $575;
New Horizons, 20" x 24", $850, Fractus, 24" x 36", $1250; Tree Line, 12" x 12" $325.

Bert John immediately started painting upon completion of his graduate degree in Interior Design from SCAD in 06’, but he cites his upbringing in the coastal city of Jacksonville as his greatest source of inspiration. Reared in a family of artists and antique dealers, their passion for their work and craft was quickly imparted on Bert, and he soon began to develop his own talents.
Today, Bert continues to be inspired by art, antiques, travel, culture and people. His paintings have been featured on HGTV, Southern Living and also hang in private collections. And Bert doesn't just paint, he also heads up his own interior design company, Catalyst, working on anything and everything from advising clients on color choices to running full scale renovations. Go to the Catalyst website here and check out more of his painting here.
We’re thrilled to have Bert John's work grace the store. They’ll be up in time for Fashion Night Out this coming Thursday, so you can take a peep while dining on sweets and champagne for our Marie Antoinette “Let Them Eat Cake” party. See you there!
