On the Table: Vintage White and Gold

There's something about white and gold dishware that always seems to captivate us. Its simplicity and classic beauty will always bring us back to it no matter what the occasion may be. If we're having afternoon tea with friends or celebrating the holidays at the table, white and gold is always our "go-to" first choice. One of the many reasons why we obsess over it is because of its versatility. Whether you're dressing it up for a fancy luncheon, or keeping it minimal for a brief bite to eat, white and gold china will bring a timelessness and beauty to the table like no other. And with today's tablescape, we're hoping for a little bit of both. Accented with our olive wood serveware and terra cotta candles, we've set the table for a simple spring feast. And we're excited to dig in! Bon appetit!

On the Table: Easter Sunday

If there's one thing we can't live without, enjoying a delicious meal around the table with our friends and family could easily be number one on our list. Every year for Easter we like to invite our closest friends over for an old fashioned home cooked meal and with the holiday now less than two weeks away, our excitement to play host is through the roof. In honor of our annual brunch we thought it was perfect timing to set the table for an Easter Sunday gathering. This year we wanted to make our table a relaxing environment where everyone feels comfortable. For our tablesetting we've incorporated our favorite white and gold dishware and vintage silver for a classic, simple and most importantly beautiful setting. Choosing to seat everyone at a round table intentionally keeps the focus on what matters most, making memories with the friends and family in our lives and the ability to share new experiences with one another. Bon appetit!

On the Table : Winter by the Sea

Although some may think of sea shells as summer decorations, we on the other hand like to enjoy their beauty all year round! For one of our current tablescapes, we've set the scene for an evening of dining that is surrounded by inspiring aquatic curiosities. In addition to the sea life, we've incorporated our favorite white dishware to keep the place settings light and simple. Utilizing our vintage silver flatware as an accent not only helps unify the varied decor, but adds that extra special shine to the table as well. Taking a trip to the beach this time of year may very well be out of the question, but that won't stop us from enjoying a warm sea-inspired meal together!

A Fancy Fall Gathering

Continuing with our Autumn themed tablescapes, this week we've lined the table in preparation for another early Fall gathering. Setting the table for a fancier evening than last week, we've utilized our favorite silver and glassware. To keep the atmosphere from feeling unapproachable we incorporated a lot of natural color and texture throughout the display to provide a more calming and accessible environment. Adding dried flowers and wooden mushrooms within perpetuates the Autumn motif and brings a refreshingly natural element to the tabletop as one enjoys their meal. With the arrival of Fall and  the weather we've been enjoying lately, whether it be a fancy or casual evening, resisting to drag the table outside for a fall gathering every night is becoming increasingly more and more difficult.
